Project:

To train 100 teachers in cholera waterborne illness prevention.

Summary:

Bola is training 100 teachers in ways to avoid cholera and waterborne diseases. Each session will be with 50 teachers and is given over three days. Bola will train teachers who train their students. The students will then talk to their parents about how to avoid these diseases. Teachers have a great multiplying effect as they not only train their current group of students, but they teach student classes for years to come.

Bola will follow up with trained health educators to ensure the skills being acquired are passed down to benefit the school children.
