Samuel is working with women to teach them agricultural methods to help them provide for their families.

Project: To teach 50 women agricultural skills to produce food for their families and to sell to be able to sustain their produce and earn some income.

Women will be taught to raise sweet peppers, leek parsley, squash and citrus seedlings: orange, grapefruit and lemons. The goal is to improve the nutritional and economic life of their families. The organization teaching the women, Agricultural Community Alfa Teknik, works with poor people to train them in compost preparation, natural fertilizers, and effective growing techniques to enable them to grow food for their family and to sell on a sustainable basis. Purchased items include tools, water storage drums and plant seeds.
