Our Campus
We want to be a resource for you! Set on a 176-acre farm in rural Alabama, the SIFAT campus offers multiple ways for you to utilize the land that God has given us. Year-round, we partner with individuals, groups and organizations to meet their unique needs and objectives. We do our best to accommodate all age groups and price ranges. We are passionate about meeting your needs. We believe that our campus exists to be used by God to transform the lives of people for His purposes and His glory.
Whether you choose to participate in a retreat fully facilitated by L&S staff , or you choose to simply rent facilities, we desire to serve you!
Additionally, SIFAT is seeking work teams of all skill levels and all ages to help us steward this property that God has given us! Lodge:
– Total sleeping capacity – 72 individuals
– Two large dormitory rooms with bunk beds are downstairs; each room sleeps 20
individuals and has its own restroom with 3 showers and 3 toilets. Upstairs, there
are four suites; two suites sleep six individuals with six single beds and two sleep
seven with one queen-sized bed in each. Each suite has a full bathroom.
· Fully functioning kitchen
· Large central meeting hall with tables and chairs available upon request.
· Meals are available in the cafeteria for an additional cost or can be prepared in the
lodge by group.
– Cost: $20 per person/per night or 25 person minimum ($500 per night
minimum for groups with less than 25 people)
International House:
· Total sleeping capacity – 31 individuals
– 4 suites. Each suite has a full bathroom.
· Fully functioning kitchen
· Dining Area
· Central meeting room.
· Deck overlooking the pond
· Meals are available in the cafeteria for an additional cost or can be prepared by the
group.
– Cost: $20 per person/per night or 15 person minimum ($300 per night minimum for groups with less than 15 people)
Guest House:
– Total Sleeping Capacity – 12 individuals
– Fully functioning kitchen
– Dining Area
– Central Living Room/Meeting Room
– 4 Suites:
Queen Room: Queen size bed
Apartment Room: Four individual single beds
Twin Room: Two individual single beds
Guest Room: Four individual single beds
– Cost: $20 per person/per night
Duplex:
– Total Sleeping Capacity – 28 individuals (14 on each side)
Each side of the Duplex offers:
– Fully functioning residential size kitchen
– Bathroom with 2 toilets and 2 showers (the nearby Bath House is also available for rental)
– Central Living Room/Meeting Room
– Access to large front porch
– 2 rooms with 7 beds each
– Cost: $20 per person/per night – 15 person minimum for full rental ($300) or 6 person
minimum for half rental ($120)
Bunk House:
– Total Sleeping Capacity – 10 individuals
– The rustic bunkhouse offers:
– Two rooms with 5 single beds each
– Two bathrooms with two toilets/two showers in each
– A partially screened porch with beautiful sunset views
– A camphouse-style kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and oven
– $20 per person/per night, no minimum
Quonset Hut:
– Large metal building available for rental for group meeting space, worship center, etc.
– Tables and chairs may be available upon request for rental for use in this building
– Sound system available for use upon request

Outdoor Chapel:
The Outdoor Chapel offers a creek-side view under a canopy of trees with bench seating for 125 people. It is a beautiful location for a time of worship and devotion.
Cafeteria:
Cafeteria meal services are available upon request! We ask that you have a
minimum of 10 people to reserve a meal in the Café. Meal costs are as follows:
Breakfast – $8
Lunch – $9
Dinner – $10
Our staff is happy to accommodate your needs. Please let us know when scheduling if your group has any food allergies or special dietary needs.
